Warranty and maintenance
A short, plain-English guide to what happens once we launch your project: what we fix for free, what's optional, how much it costs, and how to reach us.
1. A 12-month warranty, in every package
Whichever package you pick — Start, Shop, Signature Lite, Signature or Sisteme — you get a 12-month warranty from launch. During that window, if something breaks because of us (bugs, misconfigurations, things that don't do what we promised), we fix it at no extra cost.
2. What the warranty covers
Functional bug fixes. Display errors. Small adjustments to things that don't feel right. Questions about how to use what we built. Short training sessions if your team needs a refresher.
3. What the warranty doesn't cover
New features that weren't in the original quote. Major design changes after sign-off. Issues caused by changes you or third parties make after launch. Problems in external services we don't control — payment provider, hosting you chose, third-party APIs that change behavior, social network blocks, and similar.
4. Optional maintenance, sized to your package
If you want us to stay close, we offer a monthly maintenance plan matched to your package: Start €15/mo, Shop €25/mo (optional — Shopify handles the infrastructure), Signature Lite €30/mo, Signature €50/mo (first month included), Sisteme from €80/mo. It includes hosting, backups, security updates, monitoring and small changes. Pay annually and get 2 months free.
5. What the plan doesn't cover
New features and bigger builds — we quote those separately and transparently before starting. Platform migrations. Major business-model shifts. Problems caused by changes made without consulting us.
6. Response times
Under warranty: we respond within 48 business hours. With an active maintenance plan: 24 business hours. For critical issues — site down, payments blocked, anything that stops the business — we call you directly, whether you're on a plan or still under warranty.
7. How to reach us
For anything, email salut@lansam.md or use the form on the Contact page. We reply quickly and honestly. If it's on us, we admit it and fix it. If it isn't, we explain why and what your options are.
8. No lock-in
The maintenance plan can be cancelled at any time, with one month's notice before the next quarter. No penalties, no hidden clauses, no hidden fees. We're here because you chose us, not because a contract trapped you.
