Your GDPR rights
Under GDPR and the Republic of Moldova's Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights regarding your personal data.
1. Right of access
You can request a copy of all the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how we use it.
2. Right to rectification
You can request correction of any incorrect or incomplete personal data we hold.
3. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You can request deletion of your data, except for what we are legally required to retain (for example, financial data of active clients).
4. Right to restrict processing
You can request that we restrict how we use your data in certain situations (for example, if you contest its accuracy).
5. Right to data portability
You can request your data in a structured, commonly used format so you can transfer it to another provider.
6. Right to object
You can object to the processing of your data for certain purposes, especially direct marketing (although we don't do direct marketing).
7. Right to withdraw consent
If you have given us consent for a particular processing, you can withdraw it at any time, without justification. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
8. How to exercise your rights
Send an email to dpo@lansam.md with your request. Please clearly state which right you are exercising. We respond within a maximum of 30 days (usually much faster). The request is free — we don't charge a fee.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we are violating your rights or unlawfully processing your data, you can contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection of Moldova (datepersonale.md), the authority overseeing data protection in the Republic of Moldova.
