Terms and conditions
These terms govern the relationship between Lansăm and clients using our services. Please read them before sending an inquiry or signing a proposal.
1. Who we are
Lansăm.md (IDNO 1026023003968) is a digital transformation studio based in the Republic of Moldova. Full legal and contact details are in the privacy policy and in the site footer.
2. About our services
We build websites, online stores, CRM systems and automations for businesses. The details of each package are on the Services page. For projects that don't fit our standard packages, the exact scope is defined in a written proposal signed by both parties.
3. Ordering and payment
An order becomes firm once a written proposal is accepted. Payment follows the schedule of the chosen package (full upfront, in stages, or monthly). We accept payment by bank transfer. All listed prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery and timelines
Estimated timelines are those listed in the proposal. Delays may occur if client materials (copy, images, technical access, sign-offs) arrive late — in that case, the timeline is extended in proportion to the delay.
5. Intellectual property rights
Once paid in full, the code, design and content created specifically for you become yours. Open-source libraries and third-party tools remain under their original licenses. With your consent, we may showcase the project as a portfolio reference.
6. Warranty and support
All packages include a 12-month warranty for bug fixes and small adjustments. After that, or alongside it, maintenance becomes optional — a monthly plan sized to your package, or per-project. The warranty does not cover issues caused by changes you or third parties make after launch. Full details on the Warranty and maintenance page.
7. Termination
Either party can terminate the engagement with written notice. Payment for work already completed up to the termination date remains due.
8. Limitation of liability
Lansăm is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data losses caused by the use of the services, capped at the amount paid by the client for the project.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are submitted to the competent courts in Chișinău.
10. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The current version is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
