Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
We only collect data you provide directly via the contact form or email: name, email, phone (optional), company name (optional), the message itself. We do not collect sensitive data (health, political or religious views, etc.).
3. What we use the data for
We use your data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, send a proposal, and communicate during a project if we end up working together. We do not send newsletters and we do not use your data for automated marketing.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on your consent (when you fill in the form) or for the performance of a contract (if we sign a proposal). For accounting and tax obligations, the basis is legal obligation.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We share it only with the technical providers needed to respond to you and handle your request — the hosting for our website and CRM, the email service we use to send your confirmation and replies, the team's internal notification, and error monitoring (configured to receive no personal data). If you consent to cookies, we also use Google (Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement) for aggregate statistics and campaign performance. They all process data in line with GDPR. 6. How long we keep data
Contact form data, if it doesn't lead to a project: 12 months. Active or former client data: 5 years after the engagement ends (legal requirement for accounting records). After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Details and the procedure for exercising these rights are on the GDPR page.
9. Security
We use HTTPS for all connections, controlled access to internal systems, and regular backups of project data. That said, no system is perfect — in the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you in line with the law.

This policy may be updated. The current version is the one published here, with the last-updated date shown above.
