What we set out to build

A capital intermediary sells on rigor, not on color. The site had to look exactly that: disciplined, sober, financial, and present a portfolio of 23 projects across 4 strategic sectors with precision. We settled the positioning and the data with the team, then built and launched the bilingual platform on Next.js.

01

The site had to reflect the brand's financial gravitas: discipline and sobriety, not a generic design.

02

The 23 projects (€7–14M per sector) had to be presented in the detail institutional investors expect.

03

The investment policy had to exist as an official downloadable document, not just over email.

What we built

The pieces that make the system
Work together, not in isolation

01

Brand-reflective design

Institutional visual identity: sober palette, weighty typography, rhythm that communicates rigor and financial predictability.

02

Interactive portfolio

23 projects organised by category, with capacity, location, duration and status. Verifiable data, not storytelling.

03

Sector sheets

4 strategic sectors with key metrics: capital deployed, number of projects, flagship examples, period.

04

Investment policy

Official document downloadable from the home page, with evaluation criteria clearly stated.

How we worked

From the goal,
to delivery

Step 01

Goal & discussion

We talked with the team about how the brand should be perceived and what data the portfolio must show.

Step 02

Direction set

We proposed an institutional visual tone and the portfolio structure. We agreed the direction together.

Step 03

Approval

The design system and layouts were signed off by the client, tested alongside 3 existing investors.

Step 04

Delivery

We built the bilingual platform on Next.js and launched it on a dedicated VPS, with continuous monitoring.
