What we set out to build

They were selling branch chippers through Facebook comments and WhatsApp messages, with the stock tracked from memory. We moved it all onto Odoo: technical catalogue, store, CRM and invoicing, in one system that doesn't break with every update. We started from how they sell and track stock today, not from whichever modules sound good in a quote.

01

The catalogue had to move off Facebook and WhatsApp onto a site with prices, stock and clear tech specs.

02

Sales, leads and inventory had to come into one place, without manual syncs that broke every week.

03

Invoicing and accounting had to connect to orders, to remove the duplicate work.

What we built

The pieces that make the system
Work together, not in isolation

01

Site on Odoo Website

Site with the integrated technical catalogue of branch chippers: engine, power, maximum diameter, compatible attachments for each model.

02

Odoo eCommerce store

Cart, wishlist, secure payments. Customers see live stock, no extra phone calls to the warehouse.

03

Well-configured Odoo CRM

Every enquiry in one interface — site form, WhatsApp, Facebook — with a sales pipeline, an owner per lead and follow-up automations.

04

Odoo ERP: stock + invoicing

Inventory, Sales and Accounting natively connected. An online order triggers stock reservation and a proforma invoice, no manual click.

How we worked

From the goal,
to delivery

Step 01

Goal & discussion

We talked with the sales and warehouse teams about how they sell today, what products they have and where time is lost.

Step 02

Direction set

We proposed everything on Odoo: site, eCommerce, CRM and ERP in one system. We agreed the goal together.

Step 03

Approval

The technical catalogue and the order-stock-invoice flow were signed off by the client before migration.

Step 04

Delivery

We configured and launched Odoo Website, eCommerce, CRM, Inventory and Accounting, with team training and 30 days of support.
